For this assignment, I was instructed to create an Illustration for a Times magazine Book Cover which needed to include a famous historical figure and an item related to the person. I included a clock in the Illustration because although Galileo did not invent the clock, he did conceive of the idea for the pendulum clock which was later invented by Christiaan Huygens.
